Delete your CueVerse account
You can delete your CueVerse account yourself, in the game, at any time. Your account is closed at once — you're signed out everywhere and nobody can sign in to it — and it is erased for good 14 days later. If you change your mind in those 14 days, sign in and press Keep my account, and everything is exactly as you left it. After that there is no way back.
How to delete it
On a phone (the app or the website)
- Sign in, then tap your name and picture at the top of the screen.
- Tap Settings, then scroll down to Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. If your account has no password (you started with just a name, or you sign in with Google), type your name instead.
On a computer
- Sign in at cueverse.gg/play. In a room, use Exit Room to get back to the room list.
- Click your name at the top right, then Delete account.
- Confirm with your password, or by typing your name if your account has none.
Leave any table you're at first: an account can't be deleted in the middle of a game.
The 14 days in between
- Your account can't be used: you're signed out everywhere, sign-in is refused, and your profile page is gone. Your username stays yours — nobody else can take it.
- Other people see your conversations as from “Deleted player” and can't message you. Your friends no longer see you.
- If you ticked Also delete my messages from other people's inboxes, the messages you sent are removed at once — they don't come back if you keep your account.
- Signing in with your password (or Google) shows the day your account goes and a Keep my account button. Press it and you're back in.
What is deleted after 14 days
- Your profile, rating, stats and records, friends and blocks, and settings.
- Your password, your sign-in sessions and your linked Google sign-in.
- The IP addresses recorded for your account, your challenge tries and scores, your high runs, and the cues and name looks in your lockers.
What stays, without your name
- Games you played stay in your opponents' history and replays, shown as “Deleted player”. Their results and ratings don't change.
- Challenges you made stay playable, shown as made by “Deleted player”, with everyone's scores on them.
- Messages you sent stay in the other person's inbox, shown as from “Deleted player”, so they don't lose the conversation — unless you tick Also delete my messages from other people's inboxes when you delete.
- Your username is retired. Nobody can register it or change their name to it, ever.
- Purchase records are kept for accounting, tax, refunds and chargebacks (without your IP address). Items you bought can't be restored once the account is erased.
- Moderation records: an active ban or mute on an IP address stays until it ends.
Can't sign in?
If you can't sign in to delete your account yourself, email support@cueverse.gg with your username and we'll delete it for you. The same address can erase it sooner than 14 days if you ask.
