Terms of Sale
Last updated: 20 October 2026
CueVerse is free to play, and everything you need to play is free. The in-game shop sells optional extras that change how things look. These terms explain, in plain English, what you get when you buy one and what happens if something goes wrong. They sit beside our Terms of Use, the rules for playing. Nothing here takes away any rights you have by law.
What you buy
- Cosmetic digital items only: name changes, name looks (colours and effects on your name), and cues.
- No gameplay advantage. Items change how things look, never how the game plays. A cue changes how your stick looks, not how your shots play.
- For use in CueVerse. Items belong to the account that receives them. They have no cash value and can't be sold, traded, or moved to another account. Deleting your account deletes its items too.
- Customising. You can change a name look or a cue you bought, or ask the shop's AI to design the change. A look keeps to set limits on size and effects, so no name can crowd the player list. The finishes that come with Signature cues stay on Signature cues.
Delivery
Once your payment has gone through (for most payment methods, that's straight away), the item goes into your locker in the game, or into the recipient's locker for a gift. By buying, you ask us to deliver it straight away. If something you paid for doesn't show up, see Refunds and problems below.
Prices and payment
- One-time payments. You pay once for each item. There are no subscriptions, and nothing renews.
- Prices are shown in the shop. Before you pay, Stripe's checkout page shows the exact amount and currency (it may be your local currency), and that is what you pay. If that isn't your card's currency, your bank may convert it and charge its own fee.
- Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page. Stripe processes it, and we never see your card number. Our privacy policy lists what we keep about a purchase.
- Your account needs a password (or a linked Google account) before you can buy, so a purchase can't be lost along with a browser.
Gifts
You can buy any item as a gift for another player. A gift belongs to the player who receives it from the moment it's delivered, and it can't be moved to another account later. If the payment for a gift is refunded or charged back, the gift is removed from the recipient's locker.
Refunds and problems
- Something wrong? If an item didn't arrive, isn't what the shop showed, or you were charged twice, email support@cueverse.gg within 14 days of buying it. Tell us your username and roughly when you paid, and we'll put it right or refund you.
- A refunded or charged-back item is removed from the locker it went to. That includes a payment disputed with your bank or card company (a chargeback).
- Name changes: if a name change is refunded or charged back, the name may be changed back to the old one.
Changes
These terms may change. If they do, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
